Officers document notable conditions identified during scheduled patrols — damaged vehicles, flat tires, lease violations — with reports provided according to the service agreement.

Honorably retired Texas police officer with over 25 years of service, including work as a criminal investigator. He also brings over 40 years of experience in the private security sector as a private investigator and administrator. In addition, he is a certified State Crime Prevention Specialist.
James Roberts joined Heartland Patrol and Investigations in 2005. With over 40 years in the security industry, he brings a distinguished history of leadership, sales and marketing, community involvement, and collaboration to Heartland Patrol & Investigations.
James's contributions to community safety and civic engagement earned him multiple Certificates of Appreciation and Merit from Dallas Police Chiefs Rathburn and Click, as well as a Letter of Recognition from Dallas Mayor Ron Kirk.
